On the 160th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln’s speech at the Exeter Town Hall, Steve Wood reprises his role as Lincoln. Wood begins this program by recounting Lincoln's early life and ends with a reading of the "Gettysburg Address." Along the way he comments on the debates with Stephen Douglas, his run for the presidency, his time in Exeter, and the Civil War. This program is presented in partnership with the Exeter Public Library and generously sponsored by the NH Humanities.
Doors open for light refreshments at 6:30pm. This program is free and open to the public.
